Infilove provides a platform for creating and sharing memorial pages and tribute pages for loved ones. The Service includes features such as photo galleries, video uploads, interactive sections, and analytics.

3. User Accounts

Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your information as necessary
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid Subscriptions

Some features require a payment to access the Service. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

Refunds

We do not provide refunds, except as required by law.

5. User Content

Your Responsibilities

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

9. Memorial Page Management

As a page creator, you have full control over the memorial pages you create, including:

• Editing or deleting content
• Enabling or disabling pages

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to create memorial pages for the individuals you create them for.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon account deletion, your User Content will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOVELY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infilove and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Infilove operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
